FUNCTIONAL FITNESS is a comprehensive training approach that integrates cardio exercises, body weight movements, and weightlifting techniques to enhance an individual's ability to perform real-life activities with relative high intensity. It focuses on improving overall strength, endurance, and agility to better support daily tasks and activities while promoting a balanced and functional physique.
WEIGHTLIFTING will be found in our FUNCTIONAL FITNESS classes, however we do have an exclusive WEIGHTLIFTING class every Saturday!
This is the perfect place to hone in on the technical aspects of the SNATCH & CLEAN + JERK (in addition to this we will focus on accessory exercises and mobility to increase our overall proficiency in these classic lifts!
Whether you are looking for exclusive 1 on 1 Training, or in a smaller group setting we have got you covered with our highly qualified and experienced PERSONAL TRAINERS.
